Woodland Jewels

Well I’m back from our vacation. We saw some great wildlife and foliage. I thought I would share some of the pictures with you. It was very soothing to wake up every morning and walk outside to birds singing, and leaves rustling gently in the breeze, and dappled sunlight shining down, tinted green from the canopy of trees. We frequented a lot of antique shops, and unique restaurants. We also went horseback riding, and kayaking. We kayaked out to a trail that led to a natural rock bridge on the third day. And some how we found the time to go on a scenic train ride and play a beautiful putt putt course we stumbled upon in the wilderness! The very last day we were there, three little black kittens wondered out of the woods to our cabin. We asked around and no one knew about them, and since we couldn’t just leave them out in the wilderness, we brought them back with us! Good bet that if it’s labeled “vacation” then that’s what it’s from!
