Tree 101
I must admit, this is my passion as a gardener/amateur conservationist! Trees. Almost to an extreme. Sadly, very few home owners know very much about their trees. It is very important to know what kind of trees you have, so you can properly care for them. Smaller trees are easier to care for, since you don’t have to climb them to prune, but bigger trees are great for shade and large areas of land and will need only a little pruning when they are older if taken care of when young. So for those of you who already have trees on your property, and those of you who want to plant some trees, I’ll be writing some posts just for you! Kind of a tree of the day! I’ll pick one tree, and tell you as much about it as I can! Along with some helpful tree tips and facts. This should help if you already have a specific tree but need to know more, or are planning on planting a tree and need to know what will work best.
