Making Minted Sugar
During the summer we have mint all over one of our pastures, it was planted there by a previous owner. I love mint, my favorite is chocolate mint. In the summer I have mint tea, minted peas, and anything else I can think of to do with mint.
One of my favorite things to make is minted sugar. All you need is about 6 mint leaves, and a cup of sugar, and a blender. Just add the leaves and the sugar to the blender and pulse on high until everything is well blended. Spread the sugar out on a cookie …read more
