October Blooms: Joe Pye Weed
The other day I talked about adding color to your fall garden. Another fall favorite is Joe Pye Weed. It has a beautiful white bloom for your fall garden. Joe Pye Weed usually blooms in mid October when most other flowers are done for the season. Many of the plants that are still blooming, are bright warm colors, like reds, yellows, and orange. Joe Pye Weed adds a great accent and balance to all the color.
An added bonus is that it’s a favorite for bees and butterflies.
