Meijer – Saving the Planet One Plant at a Time
I recently discovered that Meijer stores are working with the Nature Conservancy in an effort to promote non-invasive plants for gardeners. Even if you just plant one, some plants can spread their seeds to the out lying area and kill off naturally growing plants. All plants that are non-invasive and safe for the environment have been marked with special tags. Go check out your local Meijer garden center and start looking for other garden centers that sell non-invasive environmentally friendly plants.
