It’s Officially Fall
It’s officially fall in the northern hemisphere. I always have mixed feelings about fall. I love the cooler weather, and the changing leaves on the trees.
Spring and fall are my two favorite seasons of the year. I love it when everything comes to life in the spring. I also enjoy the colors of fall.
The days are getting shorter, and the nights are longer. In a few weeks the time will change here to daylight savings time, and our evenings outside will go by much faster.
The main reason I don’t look forward to fall, it’s a sure sign that winter is right around the corner. I’m not a big fan of winter. I spend the whole month of January looking out at the snow, and flipping through seed catalogs to plan next summer’s garden.
How ever you feel about it fall is in the air.

Spring and fall are also my two favorite seasons. Most of the time, I think I like fall best because of the relief from the summer heat.
Oh, and pumpkin pie!
