Digestive Tea Recipe

Image and video hosting by TinyPicI’ve been feeling a little under the weather the last couple days with a queasy stomach, so I’m posting the recipe for a tea with some of my favorite herbs in it for easing an upset stomach.

Digestive Tea

2 Tablespoons dried thyme

2 Tablespoons dried rosemary

1/4 cup dried mint

2 Tablespoons aniseed

1/4 cup lemon verbena

Combine the thyme, rosemary, mint, aniseed, and lemon verbena. Put one teapoonful of the herb mixture into a tea infuser, and insert into a cup of boiling water, cover and let steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Yum, I’m up for trying this out. I need to get one of those tea infusers!
