We Have Tulips
I told you the tulips would be looking great in a few days. Once the blooms start coming they just keep coming.

We have an exciting week planned for you here at Mother Earth’s Garden. The weather’s getting warmer, and things are heating up in the garden. So I thought we’d heat things up here too.
We have a couple giveaways going on this week, stay tuned for all the details on that tomorrow! We’ll also […]
…and yellow, or white. I really enjoy violets, I love their tiny delicate blooms. I don’t have them in my flower garden because they can be a little aggressive for such a tiny plant. I do use them as a ground cover around my lilac bush because they do so well in the shade. […]
My tulips are almost in full bloom, here are some yellow ones just ready to pop out in full bloom. Can you tell I have a bit of a yellow theme going on in my spring garden with the tulips and the daffodils? I love yellow in the springtime, it’s such a cheery color.

I found these little Spring Beauties in the backyard tonight. They started coming up on their own a few years ago under one of our big trees. A little birdie must have planted them there.

I have daffodils blooming just in time for garden blogger’s bloom day. This spring seems so late, my tulips were really close to blooming last year at this time. This year all I have is leaves so far. My pussy willow bloomed a couple weeks ago, then it was loaded with bees for a couple […]
It seems like everyone else has daffodil blooms, I’ve had daffodil envy for the last couple weeks. Now I have a few buds that are going to be blooms in time for this month’s Garden Bloom Day. I always get so excited about those first Spring blooms.
Here are my daffodil buds getting cozy with […]
I don’t have a much blooming here yet. I have a few nubbins peeking out of the soil where my daffodils and tulips are planted. We had 8 inches of snow here last weekend, so I think my bulbs are still in hiding.
My geranium I displayed last Bloom Day is still happily blooming away, and […]
Mays Dream Garden has Garden Blogger’s Bloom Day on the 15th of every month. Since my garden is covered in ice and snow the blooms are a little scarce at my house. I do have a pink geranium in my laundry room that’s happily blooming away while it looks out at the snow.
Since I spent […]
