Unique Garden Containers

I told you how anything can be a container garden, here’s more proof. Here are a couple unique garden containers at my local garden center today.
Here’s a bicycle container garden.

And here’s your kitchen chair in the garden. Just cut out the seat and add a planter.

Anything Can Be A Container Garden

You don’t have to use the conventional clay pot for your container garden. Use your imagination, I’ve seen old boots, bathtubs, horse troughs, dish pans, birdhouses, wagons, wheelbarrows and more used as container gardens.

Martha Stewart Tells You How to Make Chalkboard Pots

Martha Stewart’s Craft Of The Day newsletter had a really nifty trick in it today for labeling your clay pots. Paint a stripe on the pot with chalkboard paint, then you can label your plants this year, and re-label the pot easily next year. Check out the full article for more information.
