About Mother Earth’s Garden
Hello, I’m Linette Gerlach and I’ll be your gardening guide at Mother Earth’s Garden.
Mother Earth’s Garden was created to help current gardeners, and non-gardeners learn about nature, gardening, composting, and growing things. I don’t want to stop there, I want to show you how to use the things you grow in your garden.
I plan to include recipes inspired by the wonderful things grown in your garden, and to include how to’s for using your flowers and ornamentals to decorate and enrich your life, and the lives of those around you.
As a gardener myself, I plan to share the answers to questions I asked all those years ago when I was first learning the trade. How do I combat garden pests naturally? How can I improve my soil? How can I create a garden that nurtures, and attracts wildlife? I’ve grown all this great stuff, now what do I do with it? And many more.
I’m an avid birdwatcher, and butterfly fan so I plan to include a fair share of posts on attracting them to your garden, and what to do once they start visiting regularly.
